What it is
CafeWorking is part coffee shop, part coworking space. You can come in for a single flat white, spend the whole day working from a table, book a meeting room for one hour, or rent a private office by the month. Nobody will rush you out, and every seat is wired for a working day — not for a fifteen-minute stop.
It is run by Grupo Ciatos, a Brazilian accounting and legal group, which means the same address can also serve as your company's registered office if you need one.
What you get
- Fast wi-fi — dimensioned for video calls with the camera on, not just for checking email.
- A power outlet at every table. You will not be hunting for one along the wall.
- Real coffee, made on site, plus food and snacks through the day.
- Meeting rooms from 4 to 14 people, bookable by the hour, with a TV for presentations.
- A staffed reception that greets your guests and points them to the right room.
- Quiet. It is a working environment, so conversations stay at working volume.
Where we are
Both locations are in the south-central business area of Belo Horizonte, close to Belvedere, Gutierrez, Santo Agostinho and the road to Nova Lima.
- Luxemburgo — Rua Guaicuí, 715. This is the one with the coffee shop, the garden and the outdoor tables. See the location.
- Estoril — Av. Raja Gabaglia, 2000. A more corporate floor, with glass-walled offices and a view. See the location.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00. If you need access outside those hours, ask us — it can usually be arranged for monthly members.
How much it costs
There is no fixed price list, because almost nobody buys the same thing. A day pass, three days a week, a full-time desk, a private office for a team of six, or just a registered business address are very different products. Tell us how you actually work — how many people, how many days, whether you meet clients — and we will send you a price the same day.
Just visiting Belo Horizonte? A day pass is the simplest option, and it includes coffee. Message us on WhatsApp the day before and we will have a table ready.
Business services in English
Through Grupo Ciatos, we also handle company formation, a registered fiscal address, accounting and business legal support in Brazil — useful if you are a foreign founder setting up a Brazilian entity, or a remote worker who needs a local CNPJ. We can walk you through it in English.
